Resumen

The amino acid composition of the proteins from multiflower pollen was determined. Water, 5% NaCl-solution, 70% EtOH­solutions 0.2 Na0H-solution were used to separate the proteins. The biological quality of the proteins was determined by nitrogen balance and protein efficiency ratio in rats.
