Abstract

A comparative analysis of the attitude to be followcd taking into a􀃻couilt the results obtained with the counting of coliforms in 30 batches of ice•cream, according to the quaHfying plan of sampling used was done. Sorne discrepancy in the attitude to be followed in 38,6 % of the batches analyled was found. We concluded that the qualiíying plan of threecategories iitiplies fewcr probahilitics toaccept thc product. What diminishcs thc risk for the cnnsumer.
