Optimización de un método para la determinación de arsénico en sedimentos mediante generación de hidruros por inyección en flujo

Abstract

A method of flow injection hydride generation for the arsenic determination in sediments was mounted and optimized. The following parameters were optimized: gas flow (10 L/h N2), acid and reducer agent flows (2,3 mL/min), sample volume (200 mL), acidity of the solution (5 mol/L HCl) and concentration of the agent reducer [1,5 %(m/v)].The method was applied to the analysis of a certified marine sediment (BCSS-1). The digestion of the sample was carried out through acid digestion with HNO3-H2SO4HClO4. The analytic characteristics of the method were determined limit of detection (1,4 ng/mL), precision of 6,4 % for 50 µg/L of As and accuracy [(12,2 ± 0,6) µg/g].
