Abstract

In the current international literature the obtaining of biostimulators of the agricultural growth is reported that use different natural
means as the Maximum exklonia, F. coronella, Macrocystis integrifolia, etc. These contribute amino acids, vitamins and hormones that produce a stimulative effect in the soil with relationship to the different primary, secondary elements and microelements that are part of the conventional fertilizers fundamentally. Liquid bioecologic fertilizers have been used thoroughly in the last years due to decrease of polluting effects and grater assimilation of mineral elements present in the soil. Algae and marine microalgae extracts present a high content of proteins which optimize metabolic processes and participate in photosynthesis. CBFERT is a national production fertilizer obtained by enriching with microalgae (Spirulina platensis) and chelated chemical elements. Diferent formulas of these fertilizer families have been tested in diverse cultures with satisfactory agroeconomic results. BIOPLASMA is a natural liquid fertilizer that contains microalgae (F. coronella), produced by the Swedish company BIOPLASMA AB, which has been used in Cuba with satisfactory results. A chemical comparison was carried out for the essential nutrients in the plants N, P, K, Fe, Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn, Mo and Co to offer an explanation to the favorable agronomic effects observed.
