Abstract

Prostagladines are high performance metabolic regulators and can be employed in a therapy or in the diagnosis of many diseases. In Cuba they are obtained from gorgonia Plexaura homomalla. Two methods of Jynthesis of 6-keto-prostagladin-Fir,.­ TME- 125 I derivative are shown. This substance must be employed in RIA kits for gastric diseases detection after their chroma­tographic purificatioo.
