SINTESIS DE DERIVADOS DE CITIDINA 1: SINTESIS DE LA 5-METIL 4-N-(ETIL-p-BROMOBENZAMINO) -2'-DESOXICITIDINA

Abstract

5-methyl 5'-0-trityl-3'-0-acetyl-4-N-(ethylp-bromobenzamino)-2 deoxycytidine (IV) was obtained from the pyridine
reaction between 5-methyl 5' -0-trityl-3' -O-acetyl-4-N-(ethylamino)-2'-deoxycytidine (111) obtained in situ and
p-bromobenzoyl chloride. The amine (III) was synthesized by the reaction between 5'O-trityl-3'-O-acetyl-4-(1,2.4
triazol-1-yl)thymidine (II) and ethylenediamine in pyridine. Derivative II was obtained by reaction of 5-Otrityl
3' -0-acclltimidine with tri, (1,2.-+ triazol) phostine oxide. After eliminating the protecting groups of IV,
5-methyl 4-N-(elyl-p-hromohctuamino) 2'-deoxycytidine (VI) was obtained, with the aim of using it as an
immunochemical marker.
