Abstract

The present paper offers a brief analysis of the role of natural selection in determining characteristics of human population that form part of their evolutive system. An attempt is also made to present an interpretation of racial problems in accordance with current anthropological opinions, accepting these as evolutionary units related to definite environment conditions. It is considered that the majority of human biochemical variations coincide in they appearance with the basic adaptive radiation that originated present day racial groups.
