Abstract

In this work the isolation, characterizations and study of the most important parameters of a yeast cell free system using poliuridilic acid as synthetic messenger is presented. This system showed and activity like others reported. The relationaship between the incorporation of the14C and the extraction of the cytosol from the mixture depended on the centrifugation conditions used . In this direction was found an inhibitory effect in the cytosol which may be associated with the lipidic fraction in the cellular extract.
