Abstract

Box and Willson factorial design was applied to technological production process of unilamellar liposomes for the optimization of this new pharmaceutical form qualities: lowering of drug toxicity and prolongation of its targeting pharmacological effect. Particle size was selected as a dependent variable for the linear polynomial obtained, as pharmaceutical stability and other qualities above depends on it. Coefficients of independent variable: rotoevaporator bath temperarure, solvent polarity, stining time, amplitude and time of ultrasonication were significant.
